The words here probably aren’t perfect, but my promise to you is that they’re not AI generated. :)
What happens on a yoga mat is just one piece of the practice, and, taking yoga principles off the mat can wildly change how you tackle what comes up.
Okay, if this is sounding too granola then here’s my first ask: consider that maybe, it’s time to try some granola, and that it could really work. Maybe it’s time to partner with someone who spends work hours in the SaaS world, and life hours in the yoga studio.
Book a consulting engagement for you business, a yoga class for your team, an Emcee or Keynote speaking engagement, or an in depth workshop. No matter the choice, I’m bringing a yogic mindset and my tech background…and my Owala too.

Where are you going out of habit?
As a kid at the zoo, I remember walking past the tiger enclosure and seeing the clearly defined path this tiger had made over time. The same steps taken hundreds of thousands of times. And I wondered “Why? Why did the tiger do this on repeat when there was so much for them to explore?” In fact, 8 year old me was pretty disappointed with this tiger. I saw a pond, a waterfall, a downed tree to climb, a cool ruin to check out, and here instead the tiger just did the same thing, all the time. And I shook my head and said “stupid tiger.” Then with all of my superior intelligence I went home and watched Beauty and the Beast for the 189th time.
Deeply rooted habits are hard to shake free. It doesn’t mean it can’t happen; in fact I love exploring with people and organizations how to move intentionally instead of automatically.
